Our college students have gone back to school and will be missing us soon. We are again collecting items for College Care Packages to let them know we are thinking of them. We send out these Care Packages every year around Valentine's Day to the college aged children of the families of the church. We have over 50 students so this project can be daunting unless everyone pitches in and donates to help! Here are some ideas on what you can buy:
Also, if you have a college aged kid, be sure you contact Valerie at Valerie@ArgyleUMC.org or 940.464.1333 and make sure your child is on the list with their latest address. Thank you to everyone for your help in this fun ministry! This Sunday we will continue our sermon series All Things New. Join us as we talk about "A New Model for Leadership" which is based on John 13:1-17. I pray that you will join us this weekend for a time of fellowship and worship. Grace & Peace, Kory |
