Argyle UMC defines a Life Group as a small, welcoming group of adults who gather on a regular basis in the name of Jesus Christ. These groups include a spiritual element in their meeting, such as prayer, scripture, and/or devotional. Our LifeGroups are categorized as Sunday School, Wednesday Bible Studies, Men’s Groups and Women’s Groups. Let us help guide you to finding the right LifeGroup for you.
If you do not find what you’re looking for here, contact our Discipleship Director, Jennifer Tolin, and she will be more than happy to help you navigate our LifeGroups and find the perfect match for you to connect and grow deeper in your relationship with God.
Interested in starting your own study? Jennifer Tolin can help you set this up as well!
FOUR TYPES OF ADULT LIFEGROUPS
Our Sunday School groups meet on Sunday mornings for fellowship and to study the Bible with one another.
Our missional groups serve in our community and in the world, transforming it one life at a time through missions.
Our Bible Study groups meet regularly to study the Bible, either on campus or off campus, throughout the week.
Our social groups get together for fellowship on a regular basis. This could include a prayer group or exercise group.
