Argyle UMC Missions Team
Love One Another
God's Holy Spirit calls the church into being for mission. In our Wesleyan tradition, we acknowledge the Grace of God placed in our hearts and at work in the world before any action on our part. We believe ministry happens in relationships.
Our Purpose Statement
We are called to an outward focused ministry that serves and cares for those in need. To serve the poor and homeless, support the elderly, address food insecurity, and embrace the beautiful diversity of our community. We practice a ministry of presence, learning to be with people rather than simply doing for them. Through authentic connection and Christ-centered love, we serve and care in ways that honor dignity, celebrate difference, and transform us all.
The Heart of Our Team
Our mission team thrives with members who embody these qualities

Self-Motivated Servants

Authentic Presence
You're comfortable being vulnerable, real, and fully present with people from all walks of life.
